Your Regional Leadership team is excited to officially announce our call to the 2023 Eastern Region Staff Meeting/11th Annual William E. Ross, Jr. College Brother's Retreat, which will be held VIRTUALLY, October 7, 2023.

Our theme, “ Everywhere We Go: We Tell Our Story.... Advancing Alpha's Footprint” will be the monarch of our weekend. We will engage in discussions surrounding critical topics facing our fraternity and hear your regional leadership plans to move AlphaEast forward in furtherance of its motto, AlphaEast Forward, First of All: Leading the Way.

Due to our commitment to advancing our strategic focus on membership development and creating and telling Alpha's story, this year’s meeting will concentrate on specific regional staff members and chapter leaders. Attendees will include District Directors, Assistant District Directors, Chapter Presidents, Associate Editor of the Sphinx, Area Directors, and invited Regional and Convention Staff.

Your leadership team is working diligently to provide you with a robust, dynamic, and enjoyable experience during our staff meeting.
