Brothers of AlphaEast,
Your Regional Leadership team is excited to officially announce our call to the 2021 Eastern Region Staff Meeting which will be held on-site at the Sheraton Suites, Wilmington, Delaware: September 24-26, 2021. This year’s meeting will be held in-person, and we are prepared to receive brothers in a safe, comfortable environment following all local, state, and federal COVID-19 guidelines.
Our theme, “Focusing On The History We Are Making Today” of our beloved A Phi A will be the monarch of our weekend. We will engage in discussions surrounding critical topics facing our fraternity and hear your regional leadership plans to move AlphaEast forward in furtherance of its motto, AlphaEast Forward, First of All: Leading the Way.
Due to our commitment to adhere to all COVID regulations, this year’s meeting has been designated for specific regional staff members including District Directors, Assistant District Directors, and invited Regional Officers and Convention Staff who are fully vaccinated, (individuals who are 2 weeks after their second dose in a 2-dose series, or 2 weeks after a single-dose vaccine). If you are receiving this invite, you are strongly encouraged to attend.
Your leadership team is working diligently to provide you with a robust, dynamic, and enjoyable experience during our staff meeting in Wilmington. We will continue to provide you with weekly updates that will include the host hotel meeting link, meeting agenda, and brotherhood engagement activities planned for the weekend.
You can confirm your attendance today by registering for the 2021 Eastern Region Staff Meeting via AlphaMX. This year’s staff meeting registration cost is $50.00. We ask that you register no later than September 13, 2021 so that we may plan effectively.
We look forward to seeing you in Wilmington.
Fraternally,
