Greetings, Brothers of the Eastern Region

In the spirit of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc., we are honored to extend a warm welcome to each of you as we gather for the 93rd Annual Eastern Regional Convention, which will take place from April 17th to April 20th, 2025. This year, our convention theme is "Securing The Legacy, Brick By Brick." This statement serves as both a reflection on the monumental contributions of Alpha men throughout history and as a charge to prepare for the challenges and opportunities that await us.

In a world increasingly driven by technological advancement, this year’s convention will explore and embrace digital innovation and artificial intelligence (AI). The education, cultivation, leveraging, and mastery of emerging technologies will aid us in thoughtful, efficient, and effective leadership in our communities.

From panel discussions to interactive workshops, we invite you to immerse yourself in this experience, to honor the legacies of the Alpha giants upon whose shoulders we stand, and to embrace the opportunity to chart a new course for the future. This will prepare Alpha men to remain at the forefront of education, business, politics, and social justice. 

We are the inheritors, keepers, and guardians of our fraternity’s rich legacy. This legacy demands that all Alpha men are equipped to lead in the 21st century and beyond with courage, integrity, and a deep commitment to excellence in all fields of human endeavor.

Together, we will reaffirm our commitment to the Brotherhood, recognizing that the strength of our fraternity resides in our collective vision and dedication. We look forward to supporting, encouraging, collaborating, and learning from our college Brothers. The bonds we strengthen here will empower us all. 

As we look toward Bethesda, Maryland; our host chapters await our arrival and are eager to showcase AlphaEast’s best. We encourage early registration and invite you to bring your families as we create memories that will last a lifetime.

CONVENTION CANCELLATION POLICY

Fall 2024 and Spring 2025 Neophytes are not eligible for a refund.

All refund requests for the 93rd Eastern Regional Convention registration fee must be made in writing by e-mail to refund@alphaeast.com.

Refund requests received on or before January 2nd will be refunded 100% of your registration fee, less a 3.5% administrative fee to cover the cost of processing.

Refund requests received between January 3rd and March 18th will be refunded 50% of your registration fee, less a 3.5% administrative fee to cover the cost of processing.

Refunds will not be available for cancellations made after March 18th, regardless of the reason, or for no-shows.

All refunds will be issued within 30 days after the Eastern Regional Convention.
