Greetings Brothers of the Eastern Region,

In accordance with Article III, Section 2.3 of the Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Incorporated – Constitution, the leadership of the Eastern Region is pleased to present the official Convention Call for the 90th Anniversary Eastern Region Convention of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Incorporated. This historic convention will be held April 7 – 10, 2022, in Atlantic City, NJ.

This year’s convention theme, "Writing Alpha’s Next Chapter", is intended to serve as a clear reminder to every brother that while the history of our beloved fraternity is rich in purpose and esteemed membership, our legacy continues to be written through each of our daily actions. It is through these efforts that we are dedicated to ensuring we are focused on our membership and personal development, leadership and organizational development, and our wealth and business development.

The ERC90 workshops will "Strategically Elevate the Relevance, Value, and Effectiveness of our Fraternity” with specific educational tracks that brothers can attend to focus on core skill sets or desires to advance our fraternal mission.

Socially, the Brothers of South Jersey are excited to host us. From a once-in-a-lifetime Public Program, to a variety of entertainment and boardwalk activities, there are endless opportunities to enjoy the seaside and gaming resort capital of the East. We are excited about the vast prospects and the rousing membership experience that we have planned for every convention attendee.

Considering all that is in store, we strongly encourage you to register early, bring your family, and enjoy Atlantic City’s magnetic appeal.

We look forward to when Brothers will once again “enter, shake hands, exchange greetings and depart friends” in our beloved House of Alpha!

First of All: Leading the Way,

Brother Christopher G. Ellis, 29th Eastern Regional Vice President

Brother Tamir D. Harper, 61st Eastern Regional Assistant Vice President
